Come see why we are different and apply today! Position Summary: The Director of Inpatient Rehab oversees the long term and day-to-day operations of the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. Reporting to the CNO, the Director works closely with the doctors and staff to assure high quality, efficient and safe patient care.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data pertaining to the Rehabilitation and Skilled patient care populations on a regular basis to various departments and administration Responsible for establishment and execution of department operational and capital budgets Manages directly or indirectly all departmental staffing, including scheduling, selection, training and supervision Responsible for the development and implementation of process improvement in the assigned areas Maintains all necessary clinical competency skills and knowledge of CMS regulations to facilitate proper acceptance, placement and patient care within the unit Skills & Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Minimum three years of nursing experience with at least one year in supervisory or management role Current Kansas RN License At NRH, we want to ensure your needs are met.
