In Search of a Director Of Student Housing, $50k/yr + Benefits National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to manage a student housing program in our Nashville, TN market.
Director of Student Housing Responsibilities include: Interfacing with school administrators and students during office hours at the college Organizing group move-ins Coordination of social functions Inspecting housing units Director of Student Housing Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency The desire to work in a college student environment. 4 years of college education, military service, or relevant work experience. A background in leasing, multi-family or hospitality management and/or student services experience is a plus. Must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our students and school administration.
