It includes but is not limited to the below: Monitoring the various fund accounting systems for issues and outages Testing and implementing upgrades for the various fund accounting systems Coordinating with IT resources as need Designing and creating custom fund accounting solutions (custom reporting, macro, VBA, etc.) Why You Will Love It Here! What You Will Get To Do: Oversee 5-10 client relationships, typically 30-50 funds Direct supervision of 1-2 managers, 5-6 fund accounting supervisors, 5+ fund accountants Assist in additional client and vendor relationships Assist with audit and SOC1 Review and maintain controls for client teams Work with department director on projects and initiatives Provide input on department goals and strategy Work with administration teams to support tax and financial reporting Work with training team to provide supervisors and fund accountants initial and ongoing training Assist with client projects including onboarding, launches, de-conversions, etc. What You Will Bring: 10+ Years of mutual fund accounting experience 5+ Years of supervisory experience Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
