Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic leadership and direction. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. Analyze financial data, market trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Manage a team of financial analysts, setting performance goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements, drive cost reduction initiatives, and support business decision-making. Evaluate and improve financial models, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, conducting variance analysis and recommending corrective actions as needed.
