If this sounds like you and you're up for a challenge, please apply!Responsibilities:Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staffManage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer serviceSupervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staffWork with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structureEvaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvementsHires, trains, directs and motivates all department associates including front and back of the house and banquet facilities. Oversees scheduling of food and beverage outlets and encourages high morale amongst associates in order to reduce turnoverEnsures that all associates are properly trained. Ensures development and adherence to company and property procedures.
