Set amid the backdrop of the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Fox Den provides an atmosphere of comfort and enjoyment, and it is our pleasure to meet your expectations every time you visit the club. Our Members are our first priority, and each member of our staff is committed to carry on our rich tradition of providing quality, professional, and personal service. Our state-of-the-art fitness center houses a cardio fitness room complete with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and a cardio theatre. Our Fixed Weight Area offers Precor equipment while our Free Weight Area provides a collection of barbells and dumbbells. Our stretching room offers a variety of stretching tools and balance balls. Shower and changing facilities for both ladies and gentlemen come complete with towels, hairdryers, basic grooming products and personal or day-use lockers.

The Director of Fitness's duties would include but are not limited to: Attending and participating in management meetings. Developing and managing action plans to reach overall goals. Ensuring monthly revenue targets are met. Developing personal training opportunities to grow revenue and to assist members in reaching fitness goals. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of facilities, and maintenance of equipment. Managing expenses and purchasing new equipment. Fitness Director Requirements: Preferred Bachelor's degree in exercise science, physical education, kinesiology or related field preferred. 2+ years work experience as personal trainer. 2+ years work experience in fitness management position. Certified personal trainer certification such as ACE or NASM. CPR/AED certification. Ability to generate revenue projections. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding people and leadership skills. Physically fit, strong, agile, and professional appearance and behavior. Available to work evenings, weekends and on holidays.
