Responsibilities
• Manages all aspects of accounting operations• Builds and maintains financial and operational models• Provides reporting and analysis on investment decisions• Reviews contract requirements and customer bid proposals• Coordinates inventory process and oversees fixed assets• Supports payroll process and manages working capital• Provides financial and disbursement approval• Establishes and monitors internal controls• Oversees Information Technology and prepares tax reporting• Performs other assigned duties or responsibilities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline• 5-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in a manufacturing environment• 5 years of experience managing employees• Working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills• Strong organizational and time management skills
