Responsibilities
• Assign projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies• Direct the day-to-day actions of the accounting and people and culture department• Apply and ensure accurate human resource & accounting policies• Complete annual audits• Meet financial objectives through collaboration and delegation• Produce financial statements by monitoring accounting data• Streamline systems and processes• Create and sustain fiscal records• Recommend products and services to maximize revenue• Direct all activities of human resources
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as a hotel controller• Experience managing capital budgets• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field• Demonstrate working knowledge of property safety and security procedures• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
