As the Director of Education, you will:
Assume responsibility for the daily operations and every aspect of the school in the absence of the Executive Director. Work in conjunction with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with all licensing/accrediting agencies. Abide by and enforce all terms of The Malvern School Employee Manual. Produce written work for parents, staff, peers and supervisors that is of above-standard quality in composition, content, and timeliness. Strive to achieve goals in all areas of position to promote the school's and the company's growth and prosperity. Lead or assist in classrooms (as needed) in order to maintain ratios, meet financial goals, and serve as a role model.
