YOUR ROLE AS A DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES As our Director of Dining Services, you're responsible for ensuring that our main building's senior living kitchen and dining room provide our residents with a first-class dining experience. You are responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, managing food inventory, and ensuring that meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining excellent quality standards. You've got a keen eye for detail and can ensure that food quality, taste, and appearance meet and exceed our residents' expectations. REQUIREMENTS FOR A DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES As our Director of Dining Services, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our main building kitchen and dining room. You'll need:
Knowledge and experience in food production and fine dining/restaurant delivery systems Ability to read and write in English to effectively communicate with residents families visitors supervisors and associates Proficiency in basic mathematics including percentages ratios dry and liquid measurement scaling and metric conversion Ability to supervise effectively staff Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder level Serv-Safe certification Willingness to work with the elderly Join our senior living team and utilize your skills to enhance our residents' experience!
