Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living dining services program• Monitor budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and resident's funds and belongings• Train and ensure competency of dining staff to provide quality service and delight residents• Fill in shifts as needed and work some holidays
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dining Director; preferably in an Assisted Living or similar setting• Completed dietetic training approved and accredited by the American Dietetic Association
