The Stone Research Foundation (SRF) is seeking a
Development Coordinator
as a member of our development team to assist and advance our fundraising efforts in orthopaedic research.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience. We offer generous benefits that include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 11 paid holidays.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Foundation with all fundraising and event needs
Manages all database activities in eTapestry; maintains and preserves database integrity
Works closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate acceptance of gifts and donations
Manages all donor correspondence and donor acknowledgment process
Recommends data improvement projects to enforce consistency, streamline operations, improve data reporting and support effective fundraising strategies
Assists in marketing and communication campaigns
Conducts research on prospective foundation, corporate, and individual donors
Executes donor stewardship and cultivation program
Supports the development of content for appeals, social media, and website
Tracks and analyzes past fundraising efforts to inform future fundraising strategies
Curates content for print and digital media
Administrative Duties
Reports to the Senior Director of Research & Operations
Coordinates meetings; drafts outreach emails
Creates and manages data dashboards to facilitate analysis and measure success
Prepares monthly reports for reconciliation with Finance
Assists with Board Meetings
Qualifications:
A passion for Stone Research Foundation's mission and values
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
Two years' experience in a fund development office environment; interest in fundraising and/or nonprofit management
Advanced experience in CRM platforms
Proficiency in Mailchimp or other email marketing software
Proficiency in PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with segmentation and email marketing platforms
Proficiency for data management and reporting
Organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to think analytically and problem solve with excellent research skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Team player with a customer-service approach
