• Develop and execute a comprehensive donor strategy• Build and maintain relationships with existing donors• Manage a portfolio of donors and partners• Collaborate with leadership on fundraising goals• Prepare compelling proposals and donor communications• Represent the organization at events and conferences• Utilize donor management systems and generate reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)• Proven experience in major gifts fundraising• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent writing skills• Knowledge and passion for anti-human trafficking• Strategic thinker• Experience with donor management systems
