Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a team of eight• Establish collection targets and drive improvements in working capital• Drive innovation and growth through automation and efficiency• Collaborate with various teams to solve business issues and drive growth• Participate in month-end financial activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting with 14+ years of experience OR Masters/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience• 4+ years of managing people experience with multinational companies• Experience with relevant software (Billtrust, AR workflow)• Medical device or biotech experience is a plus• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
