Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee the production of engaging and informative videos for FAQ, product comparisons, installation guides, etc.• Manage on-location video production and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams• Oversee the creation and updating of written documents for Blueridge products• Develop and manage articles for Alpine's learning centers• Lead and mentor a team of content creators• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish relationships with external agencies• Develop and adjust content strategy based on data insights• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and strategy• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a content creation team• Excellent communication and project management skills• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus• Willingness and ability for a hybrid role of remote + office + travel for video production
