- Exciting and diverse Project List What You Will Be Doing - Work with the Operations Manager to provide leadership, strategic planning, and client customer service across mechanical projects
- Provide Quality Control oversight to ensure field compliance with project specifications and technical requirements
- Manage, supoport, guide, and Lead Mechanical Team Members
- Adhere to all best practices including - Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies
- Evaluation of project, site and client concerns, safety, logisitics, and more
What You Need for this Position More than 5 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including:
- History of managing commercial, healthcare, and higher education projects in the New England market preferred
- Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
- Provide Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with pre-construction, estimating RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
- OSHA 30 and LEED Certification are a plus
- Knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and other construction-related software preferred What's In It for You Compensation of 120k-175k based on experience
