We are in search of a strategic, driven, and seasoned communications expert to enhance our practices, craft new strategies, and lead initiatives with a lasting impact on our student community.
Serve as primary public relations contact for all ECPI University locations. Consult with senior leadership developing strategies, communications, and content. Identify, develop, promote, and distribute university organic content. Build and maintain relationships with students, key University staff, industry, and media representatives. Develop, enhance, and maintain effective community outreach programs. Serve as Editor-in-Chief for university public facing communications and publications . Effectively collaborate with marketing in developing initiatives that support university goals. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field. 7+ years in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can seamlessly work across all levels of an organization. Has strong networking and relationship building skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively. Desirable Qualifications: Experience working in higher education and specifically the career college sector. A proven history of developing and distributing content through media outlets. Strategic marketing experience.
