SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Operations serves in a primary capacity to oversee all operational functions of the organization's outpatient clinics for a team of 19 physicians, 13 Advanced Practice Providers and a team of over 60 medical professionals at five locations in Central Wisconsin. The Director provides direct oversight of administrative and clinical operations and continuous improvement initiatives for our clinical services with a high degree of independence. In collaboration with the Bone & Joint management team, the Director leads the development and implementation of compliant, clinic-specific policies and procedures affecting daily operations and ensuring high quality patient care. In frequent collaboration with company leadership, the Director actively supports the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives. Current outpatient clinics are located Rib Mountain, Wausau, Medford, Merrill and Plover. This positions directly supervises 3 Clinical Managers and 13 Advanced Practice Providers (PA and NP).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Director of Clinic Operations oversees and manages all clinical operations and ancillary services of all Bone & Joint locations. Provides leadership to a team of clinical and business professionals and oversees clinical and ancillary operations; quality care, outcomes, and reporting; strategic planning; financial management and optimizing financial performance; labor efficiencies; provider clinic, surgery center and hospital schedule development and optimization; supply chain management; volume growth drivers; facility management; and regulatory compliance. Creates an environment that builds the company's reputation as a healthcare practice of choice in the communities we serve. In addition, the Director works collaboratively with other members of the management team and with providers to optimize all aspects of the practice, rendering efficient and profitable services while ensuring excellent patient care. When the potential for company expansion arises, the Director participates in the development of growth plans.
