Job summary
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, oversees the financial analytics function for Carson Tahoe Health System entities. This includes the analysis of all financial/quality information as well as incorporating reporting deliverables for the purpose of making sound financial and operational decisions. Is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Data Warehouse, BI Toolsets, as well as CaaS, and assists Finance and Quality in maximizing its functionality.
Job seniority: director level and above
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field• Minimum ten (10) years progressively responsible financial/quality analytics experience in a hospital or closely related healthcare organization• Seven (7) years' lead or supervisory experience in a related environment• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence Tools and solutions.• Demonstrated ability to perform analysis and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
