Director, Marketing Operations
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Marketing Operations. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between various departments, leading cross-functional teams in sophisticated marketing endeavors that align with our business objectives. We're looking for someone who excels in communication, leadership, negotiation, and project management to drive large-scale initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and guide prioritization.
Facilitate discussions on timelines, priorities, and team resources.
Gather and present metrics to inform decision-making processes.
Maintain transparency by clearly communicating priorities to stakeholders.
Report on project metrics and provide recommendations for future success.
Conduct post-task reviews to enhance processes continually.
Manage a portfolio of marketing projects across the organization.
Implement effective processes, technologies, and communication methods to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Optimize resource allocation to deliver high-quality projects efficiently.
Negotiate timelines with project stakeholders.
Mentor and train project managers, fostering their professional development.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $110,300 - $183,800, plus eligibility for an annual bonus program.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
Proficiency in various project management tools and technical skills.
Knowledgeable in process management methodologies and change management.
Familiarity with insurance products preferred.
PMI, PMP, or other project management certifications desired.
Six Sigma designation is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Skilled in conflict resolution and decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in team building.
