Qualifications Experience in the Healthcare Industry, specifically in the area of corporate partnerships and physician relationships 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field Masters Degrees in related field preferred Responsibilities and Attributes Experience in designing partnership structures, negotiating terms, and aligning contract agreements to map to business objectives In coordination with Marketing, establish outreach strategies to corporations in and around Hudson County to establish learning and supportive services for leaders and employees of those corporations Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and set strategy Ability to balancing multiple competing priorities, stay organized, and focused on achieving the most important objectives Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
