Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Develops, monitors, reviews, coordinates and facilitates training programs• Ensures compliance with legal requirements• Plans and monitors staffing activities• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits• Creates an environment that encourages professional growth• Leads the activities of human resources staff members• Works in conjunction with HRBP to ensure alignment of HR Strategy and Vision• Develops and implements effective recruitment, retention and succession planning programs• Serves as liaison with hospital leadership team and leads HR strategic initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field• 10+ years of experience in HR management• Extensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
