We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead our HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and enhance our organizational performance. This role involves developing robust HR strategies, managing HR operations including payroll, and ensuring our practices comply with legal standards. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Originate and implement HR practices and objectives that align with our goal of creating a superior workforce focused on high performance and employee satisfaction.
Culture and Engagement: Collaborate with senior management to cultivate an employee-centric culture that promotes trust, inclusion, retention, and high performance.
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage an equal opportunity recruitment process that meets organizational needs, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of skilled talent.
Payroll and Compliance: Oversee the payroll function to guarantee precise and timely processing, along with compliance with employment taxes.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, encouraging continuous growth and development within the department.
Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leaders, providing expert-level advice to resolve HR-related issues.
Training and Development: Drive leadership and management training initiatives to enhance skills across the organization.
Communication and Engagement: Coordinate communication strategies, including Town Hall Meetings and leadership roundtables, to ensure effective information dissemination and employee engagement.
Compensation Management: Lead a market-based approach to compensation, providing insights, data, and strategic planning.
Benefits Administration: Manage the annual planning of health and welfare programs, overseeing vendor relationships and employee communications during open enrollment.
Affirmative Action Planning: Develop and communicate annual plans, addressing gaps and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office.

A distraction-free home office workspace.
Willingness to actively participate in video meetings with the camera on.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
