Director Hotel Sales Delphi

Director Hotel and Catering Sales. Must know Delphi and OnQ. Hilton Brand. Pay is $80,000 Annualized.  We Pay For All Travel and Lodging. 

This job is 100% Travel. First rotation is 8 to 12 weeks.

Core Job Responsibilities: Supports strategies and conducts activities to drive market share, guest satisfaction and financial results Proactive soliciting and managing small group and catering related opportunities Hotel Group Sales  Upsells each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Achieves individual and team sales goals to enable business success Responds to incoming group sales opportunities Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales call, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows etc. Effectively manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Conducts site inspections Creates contracts Interacts with management, applicants, fellow Associates and/or guests 3 Years Hotel Sales  Must know Delphi Must know OnQ Must have a great attitude Professional demeanor Ability to travel 12 Weeks At A Time
