WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As the Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS), you will assume overall responsibilities for the day-to-day functioning of one Hospice House and three community-based hospice programs that collaborate and integrate with palliative care in three locations in Indiana.
You will be the administrative and clinical leader for the interdisciplinary teams consisting of Nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, physicians and advanced practice providers and others who support with other services for patients, families, and co-workers.
You will be a visible and engaging leader who will inspire the team to make patient and family experience THE priority always.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Healthcare. Business, or Business Related - Required
3 - 5 years Recent experience as a Director for an accredited hospice program in the US. - Required - OR -
5 - 10 years progressive management experience for an accredited hospice program in the US - Required
If clinical degree then valid licensure is - Required
