Reporting to theSenior Directorof Field Operations, we are looking for a Director ofField Researchwho will lead and inspire a management team responsible for a growing team of world classresearchers.? Thisindividual'smandate will be to ensuretimelydelivery of quality content consisting ofdataandimageryacross our products.?They will need to bring?a strong operational mindset and leadership to the position.?This role will be based out of our Richmond, VA office.Responsibilities:Lead a team offield managers and individual contributors with a strong operational mindset to ensure individual metrics and quality standards are being met.Develop and recruit strong operational leadership to support thegrowingorganization.Coach and developmanagers and individualresearchers todrive success.Leadon-boarding and training programs that focus on driving integration of new team members and the on-going development ofresearchersand managers.Ensure operational metrics are being met by teamsand provide feedback to the team.Strategizeto overcomeoperationalchallenges andprovide on-going and real time feedback to managers and teammembers.Focus on continuous improvement of workflows and processes to drive optimization and innovation.CollaboratewithProduct,Research,and ITdepartmentstodeliver the mostaccuratedatapossible on behalf of our customers.Qualifications:Bachelorsrequiredand Masterspreferred.5-8years of experience leading large-scale dispersed teams (50+) againstdeadlines and deliverablesProventrack recorddriving accountability withmanagers and leading in a metric driven organization.Demonstrated ability tooperatein fast paced environment with high creative and delivery standards.Ability to collaborate across functional areas to deliver assignments.Passion and interest in real estate as plusWhat's In ItForYou?When you join CoStar Group,you'llexperience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.?We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
