Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and support desktop infrastructure across multiple locations• Manage team of Desktop Engineers and provide technical leadership• Research and implement enhancements to desktop infrastructure• Deliver Desktop Engineering projects on time and within budget• Develop relationships with business stakeholders• Work with IT stakeholders to leverage technology• Implement reporting metrics and compile reports• Create and implement policies and procedures• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Information Security teams• Continuously improve Desktop Engineering processes
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in designing and maintaining desktop technology infrastructure• 5+ years of experience in Desktop/End User Services management• 3 years of experience supporting government clients• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience• ITIL Foundation Certification required• Must be a US citizen
