This is what#LifeAtBNYMellonis all about. We're seeking a future team member in the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in New York - Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manages multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Client Processing. Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution.Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Advanced/graduate degree preferred.10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $147,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
