As Director, Client Executive at Skan, you'll be the cornerstone in fostering and expanding partnerships within our strategic accounts in financial services. This role demands a savvy individual who excels in navigating complex organizations, understanding customer challenges, and aligns Skan's solutions to meet the customer's unique business needs. The role is pivotal in selling value-based solutions, engaging with C-Suite and senior leaders to become an indispensable part of their operations through our cutting-edge Process Intelligence software.
What you will do at Skan:
Establish and deepen trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations, influencing multiple stakeholders
Utilize deep industry and product insights to guide customers on maximizing their Skan usage and deployment for significant business impact
Strategically penetrate new lines of business or geographies, and expand business within the existing customer base; on upsell opportunities, work closely with the team to lead the right conversation at customers
Work with senior stakeholders and buyer personas at Customers to create the right solution and business case to drive adoption and investment decisions, driving Skan's adoption as the enterprise standard
Collaborate with the Skan ecosystem, including internal teams and partners, to generate and translate value propositions into tangible revenue goals
Build industry knowledge and context on use cases, collaborating with cross-functional Skan stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes, ensuring Skan's offerings are top of mind for our customers
What you will bring to Skan:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field
15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise Sales and/or business development capacity, with a strong track record in SaaS and full-cycle sales
Deep domain expertise in financial services or insurance, with an understanding of the industry problem space and solutions
Expertise in selling technology solutions within F500 enterprises, addressing digital transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance needs
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, with a stable and progressive career history
Managed and sold SaaS products, preferably around process mining, process discovery, and robotic process automation
Experience in managing teams
Strong problem-solving and account planning skills
Excellent executive presence and presentation skills, with an ability to work with senior enterprise leaders and an intimate understanding of the value creation sale
Demonstrated ability to manage both direct and indirect opportunities from current customers
Strong ownership orientation and comfort with ambiguity
Willingness to travel to customer locations

Must have experience in selling enterprise software products to business and operations leaders in the areas related to business process management, automation, AI and analytics
A high level of intensity to work with an experienced, motivated leadership team focused on creating a significantly sized company in a short timeframe
