Director, Analytics

Role Overview:
As a Director of Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation in advertising. You'll work closely with our team, reporting to the VP of Analytics, to help shape and execute data-driven strategies that make a real impact.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and measure TV & streaming campaigns.
Dive deep into client data to become an expert in their strategies and objectives.
Use your problem-solving skills to come up with innovative ideas that drive results.
Present insights and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Lead analytical strategies that fuel growth and success.
Mentor and manage a team of talented analysts.
Foster strong relationships with clients and across departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in offline marketing, ideally in an analytical role related to TV.
Degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, psychology, or statistics.
Comfortable with new technology in the marketing space.
Proven track record of executing and managing big data projects.
Insatiable curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems.
Obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey data-driven insights effectively.
Strong knowledge of various marketing channels.
Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
Ability to simplify complexity and tell compelling stories with data.
