Responsibilities
• Attend all-encompassing sales training program• Engage with small and medium-sized businesses in assigned territory• Introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions to businesses• Conduct presentations for employee groups• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners• Build and nurture client portfolio• Collaborate with sales team manager and set sales targets
