Direct Care Staff / Mental Health

Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings. This part-time position will work Saturdays from 7:00am to 3:30pm and will be based at our Fairview Heights, IL housing site.
Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
High school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months peer or social service experience; OR CRSS or CPRS certification; Bachelor's degree and CADC certification; OR master's degree. Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.
