Meadowbrook Country Club is seeking a Dining Room Manager/Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity to manage the operations of our private club dining room.

Experience and Core Competencies
•A minimum of six years of hospitality industry experience including at least two years in a leadership role managing servers, bartenders, and restaurant support staff. Private club experience is preferred; however, candidates from luxury hotels/resorts, restaurants or from similar high-end hospitality operations will be considered.

•A professional career record of achievement and relative employment stability.

•Ability to cultivate a positive workplace culture.

•Aptitude for ordering, receiving, and adhering to inventory control systems for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, price, and accountability on all purchases.

•Coordinates with Accounting to maintain documentation of food and beverage personnel, financial documents, purchase orders and budget creation.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and Club POS software, both front and back-of-house.

•Ability to professionally address selected member and guest complaints, consulting with leadership team about appropriate corrective actions.  

•Acts as the "face" of food & beverage and always leads by example, including working in a "hands-on" capacity.
