Digital Strategy Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, Virginia. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital media and have expertise in editing content, deploying emails, creating landing pages, and updating reports.

 
Responsibilities: Edit and optimize digital content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements based on analytics. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret digital marketing data and generate insightful reports. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Implement fundraising strategies and tactics within the designated platforms. Quickly adapt to changes and contribute to the efficiency of the digital marketing team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces. Strong analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. GOP fundraising experience or track record using the associated fundraising and deployment platforms a BIG PLUS (e.g., WinRed, Nucleus, Anedot, etc.).
