Responsibilities
• Serve in direct delivery roles on projects providing technical leadership, project management, advisement, and solutioning• Develop internal and external messaging and marketing material to align digital consulting offering within core Water services• Plan, organize, and implement business development activities• Facilitate evaluations and discussions for potential improvements and efficiencies• Develop and maintain a broad network and understanding of technical resources• Work closely with regional leadership to build and expand the impact of the digital consulting professionals in the Water market
Requirements
• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience in digital project and solution delivery OR demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership experience• Demonstrated ability to work cross business lines in understanding and collaboration• Demonstrated client (internal and external) relationship and business development capabilities• Demonstrated innovation and technical leadership delivery• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills• Demonstrated experience in development of scopes, fees, and proposals
