Key Responsibilities: Build-up of New Sites: Lead the operational setup and launch of new treatment planning facilities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all infrastructure, technology, and staffing requirements are met. Ramp Down of Old Sites: Manage the decommissioning of outdated sites, including equipment disposal, data migration, and personnel reassignment.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during site closures. Implementation of New Processes Across Sites: Develop and deploy new operational processes to enhance digital treatment planning capabilities.Train site managers and staff on new process implementations and monitor adoption. Improvement of Efficiency and Optimization of Old Processes: Continuously assess current operations to identify areas for process improvement.Implement lean methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Integration of Treatment Planning Across All Business Units: Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure treatment planning processes are aligned and consistent.Standardize treatment planning protocols to maintain quality and accuracy across all locations. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a role focused on process improvement within the healthcare or dental industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale operational projects, including site setups and process optimizations.Strong knowledge of digital treatment planning and dental operations.Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel between sites as needed.
Capable of handling typical physical activities required by on-site evaluations and implementations.
