Responsibilities
• Mapping marketing and business strategies into architecture and technology strategy• Driving end to end digital marketing transformation• Consulting and delivering enterprise-wide marketing solutions• Providing strategic thinking, leadership, and solution development• Defining goals for technology components and frameworks• Evaluating, implementing, and managing martech/adtech solutions• Working with audience based digital marketing strategy• Driving project management through a full lifecycle• Owning the Marketing Technology Architecture• Leading coordination with enabling functions such as IT and the global marketing organization
Requirements
• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma• Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years• Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Analytics• Certification(s) Preferred: Adobe Certified Professional or Expert - Real-Time CDP Business Practitioner / Adobe Certified Professional in Target, Analytics and/or Launch• Additional Educational Preferences: Three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work-experience focused on process improvements, transformations and/or system implementations. MarTech, Marketing Analytics, Business, Computer Science
Key Skills Needed
• Enhanced understanding of the marketing technology landscape• Experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc)• Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs• Running data queries with SQL or similar language• Experience with CRM/MAP platforms (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)• Hands on experience with data flows, system integrations, enterprise/shared systems, governance/framework documentation and identity management methodology• Marketing software training and user adoption• Experience in driving change management and implementing new marketing technology rollouts
