Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, establish, and maintain digital marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The role involves effectively managing digital marketing, advertising, and promotion activities while providing support to Sales and BDC Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all digital marketing, advertising, and promotion activities.
• Analyze current market conditions and competitor information.
• Maintain current digital platforms and develop new ones.
• Develop relevant digital content, including blogs, podcasts, and articles.
• Design, build, and maintain our presence on social media and website content.
• Channel social media customer feedback to all departments.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar.
• Maintain the company's online presence and reputation.
• Track the productivity of digital marketing campaigns, their ROI, and KPI impact.
• Plan and execute all web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and graphic advertising.
• React to reports with insights and strategies that benefit the company.
• Sync information with our CRM (eLeads) and business reports.
