Responsibilities
• Managing all paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms• Maximizing ROI, driving high-intent traffic, and generating quality leads• Conducting and reviewing keyword, audience, and bid research and management• Ensuring ads are targeted to relevant audiences• Implementing new digital advertising platforms and overseeing testing and tracking• Writing ad copy for PPC and social ad creation• Compiling detailed reports and finding insights• Managing third-party vendors for paid search• Staying informed of industry trends and sharing knowledge with team members
Requirements
• Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms• Experience with performance marketing and online customer acquisition• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in search engine marketing• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reports• Ability to work independently and as a team• Problem-solving skills and ability to own projects• 3-5 years of SEM/PPC experience• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications• Experience with lead-gen organizations is a plus
