Flexport is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role is perfect for a resilient and confident individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong project management skill set.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies- Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all marketing channels- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing- Strong project management skills- Emotional intelligence to understand and connect with customers on a deeper level- Ability to work independently and remotely- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
