The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search collaborates with colleagues across departments and lines of business to understand their client and candidate target audiences. The position will execute SEM and paid social campaigns that meet the desired KPIs. 
Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities : 
Develops and implements SEM strategies to boost brand visibility, generates leads, and optimizes ROI for affiliated brands, incorporating audits, restructuring, and ongoing optimizations  Creates and manages Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, continually refining for performance  Generates internal reports on pertinent paid search KPIs and metrics for analysis  Strategizes, executes, and evaluates paid campaigns across LinkedIn and other social platforms to meet specified KPIs, emphasizing lead generation, downloads, website traffic, and impressions  Oversees budget forecasting and allocation recommendations across brands and paid media channels, fostering collaboration with SEO, Content, Email, and Social Media teams for a full-funnel marketing approach  The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, or another related field required  At least 3 years' experience in paid search or SEM role required  Industry experience executing B2B paid search campaigns required  Google Ads and Google Analytics experience required  LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience preferred.  Location:  In office.  
Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval. 
Travel Requirements:       
10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office) 
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: 
Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion. 
Occasional: Standing and bending. 
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
