Summary/Objective
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy and execution across all digital channels, to include social media for Big Grove Brewery. In addition to managing the strategy, this role will be required to support the creation of digital and physical content, the ongoing management of various brand digital/social platforms, direct consumer engagement through those platforms, and various brand advertising programs in line with organizational and marketing strategic initiatives for the Big Grove Brewery and associated brands. Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Manager
Works with Marketing Director to complete annual strategic plans, as well as ongoing
daily/weekly/monthly
planning
Oversight of all owned and indirect brand digital platforms and services
Website content, emails, IG Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Ongoing Digital Data Reporting & Metrics - analysis of performance
Manages ongoing brand email lead generation and consumer communication in line with brand initiatives
Executes design, photography, and video editing capabilities to support across business needs
Point person for production and distribution of internal
communications/videos
Build and management of ongoing brand content and execution calendar
Digital channel optimization across the brand platforms - always working to improve offerings
Helping to further develop the user experience on the company's website and assisting with the web design through Design/Creative team
Refinement of digital SEO strategy
Oversight on digital ad buys through internal/external resources
Measuring and reporting the return on investments (ROIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and digital advertising
Digital brand
ambassador/influencer
strategy and execution
Support/oversee in-bound messaging and customer service response (Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram DMs, Twitter DMs, etc.)
Work Environment
This position operates out of a
hospitality/beverage
production environment. The position will be a mix of onsite and off-site.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and expected work of 40+ hours a week. Based on the nature of the business, some night and weekends may be required for events and travel.
Travel
Travel is an expectation for this position based on the needs of brand engagement and capturing content. A valid driver's license and insurance are required for this role.
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior marketing and content management experience preferred
21+ Years of Age (LDA)
5+ years of experience in role of this type
Fluent understanding of digital marketing to include social media platforms
Beverage and/or CPG experience a plus
Proven ability in design/video editing software (portfolio may be requested)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite
