We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead our firm's marketing efforts, with a focus on digital strategies. Working closely with the owner and administrative team, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility, attract qualified clients, and foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, with an emphasis on digital channels.
Utilize your expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing to drive results.
Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve goals and objectives.
Analyze data to generate actionable insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS and analytics software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
