Job Description:
United States Steel is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation- Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to senior management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices- Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital marketing space- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and hardworking personality traits- Decision-making and time management soft skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
