SnapIT Solutions has a full-time opening for a dynamic and talented Digital Marketing
Design & Graphic Design Specialist with proven skills. We are looking for an organized,
detail-oriented person with excellent web content design skills to work collaboratively
with our federal government customer. This is a 100% remote working position.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will include creating, developing, and publishing online content
on our website and maintain existing content.
? In depth knowledge of content strategy and marketing best practices
? Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to meet the business goals
and objectives.
? Develop strategic communication and outreach plans using "new media"
and web-based content.
? Supports and implements ongoing digital content, editorial maintenance,
usability improvements, social media strategy and content
recommendations using the Drupal content management system and
following digital requirements, governing plain writing design, digital
presence, content strategy, and style guidance.
? Collect and synthesize information from a variety of stakeholders and
sources including but not limited to Google Analytics (or similar tool) and
customer satisfaction surveys, and use data to uncover trends,
preferences and other information that can be used to improve customer
experience.
? Advise staff on the most effective methods for presenting their content via
digital communications channels (web, email, social media) using complex
information, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data
does not exist.
? Identify opportunities to leverage data and technology to deliver better
outcomes using dynamic, personalized content.
? Utilize digital analytics, search engine optimization data and metrics to
maximize the effectiveness of digital content and communications to
improve user experience, online program service delivery, and identify
actual or potential problem areas impacting performance and customer
experience.
? Develop key customer experience metrics and KPIs, measuring, and
reporting on content performance, optimizing content, supporting, and
training on editorial best practices for online digital content.
? Ability to produce data analytics reports that measure success related to
marketing or communications campaigns and business goals.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in:
? Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications,
graphic design or related field.
? Must have expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
? Minimum of five years of experience in marketing or communications roles with
expertise in content creation, writing for digital marketing, and graphic design.
? Strong writing skills and editing skills with attention to detail and effective
communication skills.
? Expertise in making changes to website.
? Ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
? Ability to produce high quality graphic design assets.
? Ability to create engaging content.
? Expertise with analysis of metrics to evaluate impact and effectiveness of digital
marketing strategies.
? SEO, SEM and keyword research.
? Ability to define problems, collect and analyzing data, establish facts, and provide
site optimization recommendations.
? Ability to apply new digital technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of, and skill in applying reporting and analytics methods and best
practices.
? Knowledge of web, email, and social media analytics to evaluate impact and
effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
? Exposure to Power BI Dashboards.
? Exposure to SharePoint.
