Digital Marketing Coordinator Location Wausau, WI : SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for project management, vendor relationship management, marketing communication support, day-to-day organic and/or paid social media activity and account management for Wausau Homes' various digital channels. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies shaping our online presence and the way we communicate the Wausau Homes brand across all major experience touchpoints. This role will provide coordination for key communication needs for marketing projects and social media growth to drive brand awareness, sales, and lead generation on behalf Wausau Homes and our builder network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages project requests on behalf of custom home builder network, marketing, and other internal departments. Communicates and coordinates project goals, deadlines, and deliverables with the marketing team to ensure optimal collaboration and completion. Maintains promotional materials and marketing templates by coordinating requirements with Wausau Homes vendor partners, and other company departments. Manages trade show equipment and vendor partner to oversee rental process, kit inventory, and coordinates invoicing with accounting and our Wausau Homes builder network. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Manages the Voice of the Customer satisfaction surveying process through our third-party vendor on behalf of the Wausau Homes builder network. Maintain and execute the social media content calendar and plan, including scheduling posts and monitoring the management of online communities across all social media channels. Manage the organization's day-to-day social media customer support by responding to customer questions, comments, and messages in a timely, positive, and professional manner. Ability to design, create, update, and print digital materials. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's identity and target positioning with core audiences across all social media channels. All other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Project Management and Coordination across multiple teams. Demonstrates effective communication, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills. Possess strong attention to detail with exceptional grammar, writing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media Platforms, digital engagement, and analytics. Very strong customer service orientation. Uphold and exemplify the Wausau Homes Core Values and Vision. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant experience with a minimum of 1+ year of experience. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in brand or consumer facing social media strategy, execution, and management on key social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Project and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce, Mail Chimp, and Canva are a plus. Experience with graphic design, photography, videography, and editing software is a plus.
