Digital Marketing Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our online platforms- Manage social media accounts, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics- Create compelling content for various digital channels, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media updates- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Resilient and reliable with a strong work ethic- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other digital marketing tools- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google AdWords is a plus
