Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for Marketplace Channel• Manage and maintain Retail Media paid search campaigns• Analyze performance of campaigns and provide recommendations• Deploy test-and-learn strategies for refining campaigns• Accountable for paid search performance and budgets• Work cross-functionally with merchandising and finance• Partner with creative and copy teams on content optimizations• Work with agency partners and lead strategic vision• Stay up to date with marketplace updates• Qualifications
Requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Related Field• 1-3 years of online/paid campaign marketing experience• Knowledge of SEO, Digital Merchandising, and Digital Marketing• Understanding of paid campaign performance metrics• Attention to detail• Ability to adapt and problem-solve• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
