Position Summary:
Digital lead shall be able to design, develop, manage and maintain clients digital assets (Websites).
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Manage domain registration, domain maintenance, DNS services, and WHOIS privacy protection.
Familiar with web hosting/web infrastructure (Azure), website security, content delivery network services, DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services) mitigation, Internet security, Web Application Firewall.
Closely work with content editors/content owners to help manage and market web contents.
Manage relationship with Web Hosting Providers, Web infrastructure and security partners, Web Development partners, Domain registrar.
IT Technical support. Incident and event management.
User engagement and knowledge management.
Manage small and medium enhancements and projects.
Effectively communicating, both internally and externally with customers.
Lead the analysis, requirements gathering, adoption metrics, and documentation of solutions.
Conduct needs assessments interviews, business analysis meetings and understanding the process flow, communication, and reporting needs of the user community and stakeholders.
Work closely with business and vendors to update the roadmap and priorities.
Oversee and help with code management and centralization.
Run weekly stand ups to update progress on current sprints.
Handle the ticket queue to ensure all tickets are assigned to the correct SME.
Work with the ERP team to keep tools and inventory lists up to date.
Keep track of SSL renewals and coordinate the installation process with the responsible team(s).
Technical Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar, or 10+ years work experience.
Hand on experience in managing domain registration, domain transfer, domain maintenance, DNS services, and WHOIS privacy protection
Familiar with Web hosting/web infrastructure MS Azure (preferred) or AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Strong experience with WordPress.
Good understanding of cPanel or similar hosting platforms.
Familiar with web security concepts
Familiar with search engine optimization (SEO)
Experience in managing graphics, logo, branding, color scheme.
Understands the Change control & documentation process best practices and concepts. (Familiar with Service now is a plus but not required; any similar platform is accepted)
Experience with technical writing for runbooks and KB. (Ex: Confluence, Jira, SNOW, or any system)
SELF Learner and motivated.
Strong SSL hands on experience.
Familiar with GitHub, CD/CI or other similar platforms, Familiarity with some coding language is a plus but not required if willing to self-learn and understand the basics (just examples: cURL, cmdlet or graph API, postman, etc.), understand SSO concepts, basic data skills (SQL, Python or advanced excel)
Keen observation skills with strong analytical ability
Proven experience collaborating with others, including employees and contractors
Effective communication skills (written and oral)
Effective and independent problem-solving skills
Familiar with Agile and Scrum.
Good project management and time management skills.
