Digital Development Manager

Compensation: $155,000 plus bonus

Location: Onsite in Katy, TX

Digital Development Manager

Inceed has partnered with a thriving retail company to help find an experience Front End Development Manager to join their team!

This individual will be responsible for managing a development team consisting of on and offshore Java and React developers working specifically on the digital side of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Manage and provide direction to team of onshore and offshore developers.
Drive development projects and activities to meet company schedules and timelines
Determine and develop digital web properties with a focus on providing an exceptional user experience
Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years experience working in a software development environment, specifically in ecommerce, retail or a transactional website
3+ years in a leadership role, managing or leading a development team
Hands on experience developing with React or Angular
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
Ability to work onsite in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Hands on development experience with Java and/or PHP
